Abit of beauty in our backyard called for a change in today’s early AM coffee routine. Was time to sit on the deck! The two magnolia trees that hug our deck are usually in full bloom for less than a week before they start to lose their flowers. Their beauty is worth savoring every day. Last year a windstorm blew off ALL the blooms only a day or so after they had emerged. Hopefully, this year’s windstorms will hold off abit, at least until the end of the week.

My family is doing good. Im doing good in School I got all A’s and B’s
Ju and Myles Are getting big they are also doing good to in school.
My Mom and Dad are doing good too.

Well, they’re ON THEIR WAY, without jobs, house or car, to South America for 75 days, from Chicago via Des Moines, IA to Denver, CO. Nick and Jess stopped in for supper/overnight yesterday after pulling out of Chicago to head west first before going south. We shared some breakfast and coffee together this AM before they got on the road again. Nick and Jess are excited about the big adventure in front of them. We’re excited for them too! This was the first time we did “the Dutch good-bye” to a Penske moving truck!
