We’re just back from Staffapaloosa, Childserve’s annual staff party/celebration. It was out at Jester Park this year, with a “camp” theme. So we got to dress in our grubbies/hiking boots. So much more comfortable than more formal Childserve events! There were about 300/1000 Childserve staff there. Energy level in the Jester Park lodge was unbelievable! What a fun night! Lots of awards and humor. And great food. Dessert was a chocolate fountain fondue with fruit, marshmallows and other yummy things to dip.. Mmmmmm. We TRIED to stick to high carb foods for the approaching TCM on Sunday but truth be known, we messed up quite abit. O well, it was just too good to pass up.
It’s been a busy week. It’s not over yet. So many things are happening. We can hardly get our heads around everything that’s going on. Life is rich. God is good. We are well. This is all for now. Just thought it would be good post SOMETHING:)
